Incoming Goods Inspection
MPDV Mikrolab GmbH
Integrated Incoming Goods Inspection
A consistent incoming goods inspection guarantees that only flawless products or raw materials reach the production line. The mApp Incoming Goods Inspection contains functions that allow you to inspect all incoming goods and document the data collected in the process for everyone to access.
Your employees record all required quality data with the help of user-guided dialogs. In this process, test equipment is also documented. You can specify a usage decision upon completion of the inspection tasks. If an inspection has resulted in a fail, a notification can be sent to specified persons. Pending inspection tasks can also be listed and performed at a dedicated inspection station.
Your benefits
You ensure that only flawless materials enter your production. In this way, you comply with relevant specifications and guidelines and improve quality in the shop floor.
Incoming Goods Inspection promotes sustainability
Both, the recording of inspection results and the archiving of documents is carried out digitally. This helps save paper during in-production inspections and in goods receipt.
