This is exactly where the mApp AI-based Scrap Analysis comes into play, which analyzes enormous amounts of collected order data to identify the manufacturing conditions leading to strikingly bad or particularly good scrap rates.
The mApp analyzes the factors influencing the scrap rate and clearly visualizes them. Drill-down functions analyze the data down to the last detail. The analysis can also be made for specific machines, tools, articles, or materials. The time range analyzed can be set as required. Development and distribution of scrap rates for selected combinations of influencing factors provide new insights, identify correlations, and reveal countermeasures.
