MPDV USA Inc is seeking an Office Manager to expand our team. As the Office Manager in our dynamic company, you will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment. Your role will encompass a blend of administrative support, facilities management, and cross-departmental coordination, all aimed at fostering a productive and positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Administrative Support: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments and assist with travel arrangements. Maintain both physical and digital office filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, mail distribution, reception tasks, bill or invoice processing. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities
- Budgeting & Financial Administration A/P: Assist in preparing and monitoring the office budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices and expense reports. Ensure timely payment of office-related bills and manage petty cash as necessary.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support HR in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary training. Collaborate with HR to update and enforce office policies and procedures. Work closely with IT to ensure the smooth operation of office technology and equipment. Support Department leaders with any administrative tasks as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve client inquiries related to billing and payments. Monitor overdue customer accounts and initiate follow-up communications to ensure timely payments. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Event Planning and Coordinating: Support external company events in collaboration with the events teams, proactively take care of our guests, offering / ordering lunch, and book transportation if necessary. Assign guest workplaces for external visitors and being the Welcome Ambassador for our organization.
- Facility Management: Oversee office maintenance, liaise with vendors, and ensure a safe and organized workspace. Please maintain a tidy office environment.
- Office Operations & Order Management: Manage daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning environment, with a focus on order management, intercompany correspondence, and an invoice oversight. Actively monitor multiple email inboxes to enhance efficiency and facilitate timely communication. Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers to secure cost-effective services, contributing to a seamless workplace experience. Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and equipment. Align office operations with company-wide standards and practices.
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative role, preferably in tech or software industry with experience in A/R and A/P roles
- Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in business administration, or similar
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent multitasking, organizational and time-management skills. Follows strict security and confidentiality protocols.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, organized individual with a passion for creating an efficient and welcoming workplace. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Exceptional levels of ethical standards and integrity, self-motivation and initiative. Professionalism in personality, appearance, and work product.

MPDV USA Inc is seeking an MES Solution Architect with a focus on the North American continent. The MES Solution Architect is responsible for performing high-level technical activities on a project basis. In close coordination with our valued customers the MES Solution Architect will deploy our products to increase profitability and decrease costs.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Be a key subject matter expert and lead consultant in delivering overall Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions, both pre-sale and post-sale
- Work with our sales team to win orders as a technical expert
- Conduct detailed workshops with customer subject matter experts to analyze and document manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with appropriate customer contacts to define existing data flows, analyze organizational structures, and identify client needs while closing data ‘black holes’ within their production processes
- Assess the customer’s current architecture and processes to define/document functional and technical solutions required to implement an MES in the customer’s environment
- Deliver and conduct training sessions to customers (remote or at client locations) and provide ongoing instruction and guidance related to installed IT solutions (network, database, etc.)
- As a lead consultant, provide direction for implementing the solution to the solution engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation of MPDV software
- Specify/approve/assist development of customer-specific software modules (customizations)
- Use the data collected by the MES solutions, working with customers to identify opportunities, and implementing changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or reduce costs, using your knowledge in engineering, production equipment, processes, quality and design standards
- Confer with customer engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
- Strategize with and advise customers regarding our software products that could improve and enhance production operations
- Work on multiple projects at a time – either as the subject matter expert for a certain part of the system or the lead consultant for the overall solution
- Be a technical leader by learning our latest product information as well as providing manufacturing-specific technical expertise and related support, for the benefit of our customers, sales team, and other technical team members
- Spend Monday and Tuesday in our office to collaborate with your peers
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- Strong experience regarding manufacturing processes and production logistics
- Proven work experience of 5+ years with MES software solutions or related plant-wide solutions
- Broad, practical IT knowledge base (networking, database, remote access)
- Experience introducing software systems into manufacturing environments
- Highly effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English language required
- Capable of advising and interacting effectively with upper-level management, manufacturing engineers and operators at client companies
- Strong organizational/time management skills. Previous project management experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% on average
- Exceptional levels of reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, collaboration, and initiative
