MPDV USA Inc is seeking a Chief Sales Officer.
The Chief Sales Officer will serve as a key member of the North American leadership team, responsible for all revenue-generating activities across the region. This executive will lead strategy, build a high-performing team, and forge relationships with enterprise manufacturers, driving sustainable growth and market leadership.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role—ideal for a dynamic sales executive with a deep understanding of MES, MOM, IIoT, or industrial digitalization solutions and a proven ability to lead teams through growth, transformation, and execution excellence.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the North American go-to-market (GTM) strategy in alignment with MPDV’s global growth vision.
- Lead the commercial planning, revenue forecasting, and sales P&L performance.
- Translate corporate goals into actionable strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Report regularly to local and global leadership on performance, pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Independently build, manage, and grow your own book of business from prospecting through closing or bring an existing book of business and/or active client pipeline to the company.
Market Expansion & Business Growth
- Expand MPDV’s footprint across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by targeting key verticals.
- Develop strategic enterprise relationships and long-term customer partnerships.
- Act as MPDV’s brand ambassador and MES thought leader — representing the company at major conferences, industry forums, and media events.
Team Leadership & Deployment
- Build, inspire, and lead a world-class sales organization with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Mentor sales management and account managers to achieve ambitious goals while fostering professional growth.
- Partner with HR to attract and retain exceptional talent across enterprise sales, channel management, and business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and CRM/sales tool usage standards.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure alignment between sales strategy, solution delivery, and customer outcomes.
- Provide structured market feedback to global teams to influence product roadmaps and innovation priorities.
- Champion customer success and retention through strong collaboration with implementation and support teams.
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- 15+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in an executive or regional leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow a book of business in a new or scaling environment.
- Strong track record of generating new clients without relying solely on inbound leads or existing accounts.
- Deep expertise in MES, MOM, IIoT, or industrial digital transformation software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, IT/OT integration, and the business challenges of industrial clients.
- Experience leading subsidiaries or high-growth business units within a global corporate structure.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- US Citizen or Green card holder.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & German or English & Spanish is a strong advantage.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge MES solutions across North America. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs, and positioning our products to address those needs effectively.

MPDV USA Inc is seeking an MES Solution Architect with a focus on the North American continent. The MES Solution Architect is responsible for performing high-level technical activities on a project basis. In close coordination with our valued customers the MES Solution Architect will deploy our products to increase profitability and decrease costs.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Be a key subject matter expert and lead consultant in delivering overall Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions, both pre-sale and post-sale
- Work with our sales team to win orders as a technical expert
- Conduct detailed workshops with customer subject matter experts to analyze and document manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with appropriate customer contacts to define existing data flows, analyze organizational structures, and identify client needs while closing data ‘black holes’ within their production processes
- Assess the customer’s current architecture and processes to define/document functional and technical solutions required to implement an MES in the customer’s environment
- Deliver and conduct training sessions to customers (remote or at client locations) and provide ongoing instruction and guidance related to installed IT solutions (network, database, etc.)
- As a lead consultant, provide direction for implementing the solution to the solution engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation of MPDV software
- Specify/approve/assist development of customer-specific software modules (customizations)
- Use the data collected by the MES solutions, working with customers to identify opportunities, and implementing changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or reduce costs, using your knowledge in engineering, production equipment, processes, quality and design standards
- Confer with customer engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
- Strategize with and advise customers regarding our software products that could improve and enhance production operations
- Work on multiple projects at a time – either as the subject matter expert for a certain part of the system or the lead consultant for the overall solution
- Be a technical leader by learning our latest product information as well as providing manufacturing-specific technical expertise and related support, for the benefit of our customers, sales team, and other technical team members
- Spend Monday and Tuesday in our office to collaborate with your peers
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- Strong experience regarding manufacturing processes and production logistics
- Proven work experience of 5+ years with MES software solutions or related plant-wide solutions
- Broad, practical IT knowledge base (networking, database, remote access)
- Experience introducing software systems into manufacturing environments
- Highly effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English language required
- Capable of advising and interacting effectively with upper-level management, manufacturing engineers and operators at client companies
- Strong organizational/time management skills. Previous project management experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% on average
- Exceptional levels of reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, collaboration, and initiative
