MPDV USA Inc is seeking an HR Generalist to expand our team. The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks. In close coordination with our Senior HRBP the HR Generalist will be the first point of contact for our employees to increase employee satisfaction and ensure compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offers. Assists in developing recruitment strategies and maintains up-to-date job descriptions.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up the workplace and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Employee Administration: Administers various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records. Supports HR data entry, policy communication, and updates to the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart. Ensures confidentiality and security of all employee information.
- Benefits Administration: Assists with managing the MPDV USA Health and Wellness program and facilitates open enrollment, ensuring employees are informed and educated about benefit options.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Provides administrative support for employee relations, including tracking disciplinary actions and resolutions. Acts as a point of contact for HR questions, offers policy guidance, and conducts investigations on discrimination/harassment. Assists in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs. Supports terminations by preparing paperwork, acting as a witness, and conducting exit interviews.
- Payroll Support: Assists with time record keeping, payroll processing, and maintaining attendance, overtime data, and PTO records. Ensures payroll accuracy and handles employee inquiries.
- Performance Management: Supports the performance review process by tracking timelines, preparing materials, and assisting with feedback. Helps with goal setting, development, and career growth, and provides guidance on performance-related issues.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensures HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws. Assists with compliance audits, maintains organized HR documentation, and stays updated on HR compliance issues to implement necessary policy changes.
- Training and Development: Assists with employee training and development programs, coordinating sessions to enhance skills and support career growth, aligned with business needs.
Qualifications - What you will bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or related role. Familiarity with HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll
- Education: Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
- Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications are a plus but not required
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations (federal, state, and local). Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge: Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management.

MPDV USA Inc is seeking an Account Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on the North American continent, based in the Greater Chicago Area.
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge MES solutions across North America. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs, and positioning our products to address those needs effectively.
Responsibilities - What you will do:

MPDV USA Inc is seeking a MES Operation Engineer with a focus on the North American continent. The MES Operation Engineer is responsible for performing technical activities on a project-basis. In close coordination with our valued customers the MES Operation Engineer will implement our product to increase profitability and decrease costs.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Function as a subject matter expert and lead specialist in implementing Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions
- Conduct detailed workshops with customer subject matter experts to analyze and document manufacturing processes
- Define and document functional and technical solutions required to implement an MES in the customer’s environment
- Play a key role in MES configuration and implementation activities within clients’ manufacturing operations and IT infrastructures
- Conduct formal training sessions for relevant employees in our professional training center or at client locations and provide ongoing instruction and guidance related to installed solutions
- Process and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementations
- Strategize and advise customers regarding our products that could improve and enhance production operations
- Provide technical expertise and support related to manufacturing processes
- Support product and software development initiatives as it relates to specific customer installations

The MES Solution Architect is responsible for performing high-level technical activities on a project basis. In close coordination with our valued customers the MES Solution Architect will deploy our products to increase profitability and decrease costs.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Be a key subject matter expert and lead consultant in delivering overall Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions, both pre-sale and post-sale
- Work with our sales team to win orders as a technical expert
- Conduct detailed workshops with customer subject matter experts to analyze and document manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with appropriate customer contacts to define existing data flows, analyze organizational structures, and identify client needs while closing data ‘black holes’ within their production processes
- Assess the customer’s current architecture and processes to define/document functional and technical solutions required to implement an MES in the customer’s environment
- Deliver and conduct training sessions to customers (remote or at client locations) and provide ongoing instruction and guidance related to installed IT solutions (network, database, etc.)
- As a lead consultant, provide direction for implementing the solution to the solution engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation of MPDV software
- Specify/approve/assist development of customer-specific software modules (customizations)
- Use the data collected by the MES solutions, working with customers to identify opportunities, and implementing changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or reduce costs, using your knowledge in engineering, production equipment, processes, quality and design standards
- Confer with customer engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
- Strategize with and advise customers regarding our software products that could improve and enhance production operations

- Be a technical leader by learning our latest product information as well as providing manufacturing-specific technical expertise and related support, for the benefit of our customers, sales team, and other technical team members

- Strong experience regarding manufacturing processes and production logistics
- Proven work experience of 5+ years with MES software solutions or related plant-wide solutions
- Broad, practical IT knowledge base (networking, database, remote access)
- Experience introducing software systems into manufacturing environments
- Highly effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English language required
- Capable of advising and interacting effectively with upper-level management, manufacturing engineers and operators at client companies
- Strong organizational/time management skills. Previous project management experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% on average
