MPDV USA Inc is seeking a 2nd Level Support Analyst with a focus on the North American continent. The 2nd Level Support Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users and clients, acting as an escalation point for unresolved issues from the 1st level support team. The 2nd Level Support Analyst works closely with the Hotline and 1st Level Support team, internal departments at MPDV USA, departments in HQ, the other subsidiaries of MPDV and various vendors to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Be a key subject matter expert and lead support specialist in analyzing and troubleshooting Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions and other software developed by MPDV
- Conduct First and Second Level analysis to determine root cause of customer issues
- This job requires you to be highly analytical and always willing to learn
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Product Managers, Software Developers, Consultants and Account Managers when necessary to find solutions outside of the scope of the Support department when necessary.
- Engage international communication with colleagues worldwide to discuss technical topics. Communication will be done in English.
- Track issues via a Support Ticketing system and write clear troubleshooting steps taken, next steps required and any communications with the customer
- Attend remote meetings with the customer as requested for troubleshooting sessions
- In rare cases, be willing to travel to a customer’s site
- Attend trainings to further your knowledge
- In rare cases, be willing to deliver trainings in a Support context either at a customer site or remotely, depending upon the customer’s request
- Strategize and advise customers regarding our products that could improve and enhance production operations
- Provide technical expertise and support related to manufacturing processes
- Support product and software development initiatives as it relates to specific customer installations
- Provide Service Excellence to both colleagues and customers
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-discipline, as the role may involve handling multiple support tickets concurrently.
- Must perform “Implementation Services” duties as described below:
- Install the MPDV Software and database onto a customer’s prepared server
- Upgrade customer’s system with Service Packs, Maintenance Packs and upgrade a customer to brand new versions as they are released
- Perform checks on a customer’s server
- Troubleshoot server installation issues and assist customers with technical issues, as much as is reasonable, when things such as connection issues occur
Qualifications – What you will bring:
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience as technical Support Engineer. Experience introducing software systems into manufacturing environments
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or similar

As the Office Manager in our dynamic company, you will be the cornerstone of our daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment. Your role will encompass a blend of administrative support, facilities management, and cross-departmental coordination, all aimed at fostering a productive and positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Administrative Support: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments and assist with travel arrangements. Maintain both physical and digital office filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, mail distribution, reception tasks, bill or invoice processing. Develops and implements procedures and policies for all administrative activities
- Budgeting & Financial Administration A/P: Assist in preparing and monitoring the office budget, tracking expenses, and processing invoices and expense reports. Ensure timely payment of office-related bills and manage petty cash as necessary.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support HR in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary training. In close coordination with our Senior HRBP the HR Generalist will be the first point of contact for our employees to increase employee satisfaction and ensure compliance within the organization.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offers. Assists in developing recruitment strategies and maintains up-to-date job descriptions.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up the workplace and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.

MPDV USA Inc is seeking an MES Solution Architect with a focus on the North American continent. The MES Solution Architect is responsible for performing high-level technical activities on a project basis. In close coordination with our valued customers the MES Solution Architect will deploy our products to increase profitability and decrease costs.
Responsibilities - What you will do:
- Be a key subject matter expert and lead consultant in delivering overall Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions, both pre-sale and post-sale
- Work with our sales team to win orders as a technical expert
- Conduct detailed workshops with customer subject matter experts to analyze and document manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with appropriate customer contacts to define existing data flows, analyze organizational structures, and identify client needs while closing data ‘black holes’ within their production processes
- Assess the customer’s current architecture and processes to define/document functional and technical solutions required to implement an MES in the customer’s environment
- Deliver and conduct training sessions to customers (remote or at client locations) and provide ongoing instruction and guidance related to installed IT solutions (network, database, etc.)
- As a lead consultant, provide direction for implementing the solution to the solution engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation of MPDV software
- Specify/approve/assist development of customer-specific software modules (customizations)
- Use the data collected by the MES solutions, working with customers to identify opportunities, and implementing changes that improve manufacturing processes and/or reduce costs, using your knowledge in engineering, production equipment, processes, quality and design standards
- Confer with customer engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
- Strategize with and advise customers regarding our software products that could improve and enhance production operations
- Work on multiple projects at a time – either as the subject matter expert for a certain part of the system or the lead consultant for the overall solution
- Be a technical leader by learning our latest product information as well as providing manufacturing-specific technical expertise and related support, for the benefit of our customers, sales team, and other technical team members
- Spend Monday and Tuesday in our office to collaborate with your peers
